Composer Notes:

Inspired by the music of Mannheim Steamroller and the theme from HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” this arrangement has a driving rhythm in the piano duet accompaniment that offsets the stark simplicity of the melody at the beginning. As the piece progresses, the rhythmic energy of the accompaniment continues as the harmonies in the voices become more complex. The vocal ranges are suitable for a younger choir, but would be well-received by a more mature ensemble as well.
